For nearly a decade we've been asking our customers about the economic, social and environmental issues that are important to them and then looking at how the bank can respond to them. This is at the centre of responsible banking and fulfilling our purpose of not only enhancing the prosperity of our customers but also the communities they live in and the planet that we all rely on.
