How might we live together in the future?
It’s a question we might not have time to think about in our busy and overscheduled lives.
We think it’s vitally important, especially in a world feeling the impacts of climate change, growing urbanisation, housing affordability and technological advancement.
That’s why we’re supporting Purpose - a conference that brings together purpose-driven business to explore ideas and make connections to solve today’s problems, and imagine a brighter future.
This year Purpose will explore the ethics of new technologies, the importance of meaningful work, and the potential benefits for purpose driven organisations in the new economy.
You may know that we have been a longstanding supporter of affordable, accessible housing. At Purpose 2018, we’re excited to host a visioning workshop to create ideas and foster conversations about how we might work together to solve the current housing affordability crisis, and create a future where we all live better, together.
We’ll be listening to sector leaders and experts discuss their vision for Australia’s cities and communities, and ways we can address the current social, economic and environmental challenges.
The workshop will generate solutions and explore ideas about how we can create prosperity for everyone in our community, and create places that are accessible, sustainable, healthy and meaningful.
Supporting solutions to society’s pressing issues is central to our purpose as a responsible bank and we’re excited to be exploring new ideas on how we can continue to deliver responsible banking into the future.
Purpose is happening in Sydney on 27 and 28 February 2018. Tickets are still available.
