What if I don’t want a digital card?

The ‘card details’ option within card management of the App and Internet Banking is available to all customers and you do not need to use the digital card functions if you don’t want to.

The same level of security for Internet Banking and the App remains and there is an additional layer of security before you’re able to view your card details. For Internet Banking this is either an SMS or Symantec VIP, and for the App, this is your Bank Australia app PIN, Fingerprint or FaceID (depending on what you have set up).
