When I cancel my card, will I get a digital card?

If you lose or misplace your card, you can now report a card lost/stolen via the App or Internet Banking and reorder a replacement card that is ready to use immediately without having to contact us. You’ll still receive your physical card and PIN in the mail.

The ‘Card Details’ option in the ‘Card Managements’ section of our App and Internet Banking will allow you to view your sensitive card details such as: full card number, expiry date, embossed name and CVV. Using this information, you can add your card to your digital wallet and start spending with your smartphone straight away.
