Why didn’t I get a digital card instantly?

If you ordered a credit card for the first time, it will be sent inactive and locked for your security. Once you activate and unlock your new credit card, you will then have access to digital cards until you decide to cancel that account.

Only new and replacement cards ordered via our digital platforms (online sign up form, the App and Internet Banking) will be ready for immediate use.
