Following the Government’s announcement of stay-at-home restrictions, we've decided to temporarily close our Sydney CBD branch and Melbourne CBD branch. How does Visa Secure work?

As a Visa cardholder you’re automatically enrolled with Visa Secure.

When you make an online purchase that we think is high risk, you will be prompted to enter a one-time password that is sent your mobile phone number that you have provided to Bank Australia. This is so we can be sure your card isn’t being used without your permission. You will have three opportunities to enter this password. You should ensure that your mobile phone number (and all contact details) are correct so that you do not encounter any difficulties.
