The likely cause is your browser is set to ignore colours and fonts of web pages.
The solution is to follow the instructions below. If your browser version does not appear, use your browser's help guide to locate the relevant information.
Internet Explorer 9.0+
Select the ‘Tools’ option from the menu bar at the top of the screen.
Select ‘Internet options’.
Select the ‘General’ tab.
Click on the ‘Accessibility’ button in the bottom right hand corner.
In the ‘Formatting’ section, make sure the three boxes are not ticked.
Click ‘OK’ to accept all changes.
Go to ‘Tools’.
Select ‘Content’ tab.
From the Safari menu bar, click ‘Safari’.
Select ‘Preferences’ then select the ‘Appearance’ tab.
Make sure ‘Display images when the page opens’ is selected.
If that box was already selected, try emptying the Safari cache. From your Safari menu bar, click ‘Safari’ and then ‘Empty cache’.
Google Chrome 10
Click the wrench icon on the browser toolbar.
Click ‘Show advanced settings’.
In the ‘Privacy’ section, click ‘Content settings’ button.
- Cookies: Make sure ‘Allow local data to be set’ is ticked.
- Images: Tick ‘Show images’.
