Why does my digital wallet still work while my card is locked?

Unless you manually disable the Card Control "Digital Wallets", they will remain active even when you apply a Temporary Card Lock.

This is to allow people who have misplaced their card continued access to their money via Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Fitbit Pay and Garmin Pay, while minimising the risk of your misplaced physical card being used without your permission.
