Why are my accounts not appearing within my Android mobile app?

If you are running a version of Android OS 5.0 or above and haven’t yet updated your Bank Australia app to the latest version, you simply need to go to the Google Play Store and update the Bank Australia app.

If you are running an older version of Android OS under 5.0, you will need to decide whether you want to upgrade your device or revert back to the older version of our app as our new app doesn’t support Android 4 or under.
