Bank Australia’s postcode calculator allows staff and brokers to calculate the maximum LVR that applies to the security property based on the location and the property type i.e. residential house v apartment, owner occupied v investor, vacant land etc. The maximum LVR will be calculated based on a scenario without LMI or if LMI is required.
