Interest Rate Increase - Tuesday 24 March 2026: Following the RBA’s decision to change the official cash rate, interest rates for owner-occupier, investor and commercial variable loans will increase by 0.25%, effective 1 April 2026. Bank Australia variable loan rate decrease

Bank Australia will decrease variable home loan and commercial rates in response to the RBA’s recent decision to cut the official cash rate.

Interest rates will decrease by 0.25% for variable owner-occupier and investor loans effective 21 August 2025. Commercial variable rate loans will also decrease by 0.25%.
