Changes to personal lending applications from Tuesday 6 April

We’re currently receiving a record number of applications for new personal loans, credit cards and home loans, and our team is working overtime in an effort to meet this demand. 

As we work through this larger than normal volume of applications, online applications for personal loans, car loans and credit cards will be temporarily unavailable from 5pm on Tuesday 6 April. If you’re applying for a Bank Australia home loan, you’ll still be able to lodge your application online as normal. 

We’re in the process of scaling up to meet this high demand so we can resume online applications as soon as possible. We’ll keep you up to date on when applications will resume.
