Expanded branch access – what this means for you
As part of our merger with Qudos Bank and acquisition of Australian Unity, customers of Bank Australia and Qudos Bank enjoy more convenient in-person banking. You’ll have access to 15 shared branches across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland, and the ACT.
At these branches, you can:
- Get help with general banking enquiries
- Use Internet Banking kiosks for both Bank Australia and Qudos Bank services
- Connect directly to either Contact Centre via a concierge phone
Please note:
- Cash deposits and withdrawals are only available at branches of the bank you’re aligned to - Bank Australia or Qudos Bank.
- Fee-free cash withdrawals remain available at Bank Australia ATMs, major bank ATMs, and Bank@Post outlets
