How do I apply for a term deposit?

If you are a new Bank Australia customer, you can apply online for selected terms (3, 6, 12 and 36 months). All you need is your driver's licence or passport, and a Medicare card. Existing customers can open a term deposit account via internet banking.

Please note that the interest rates that apply to Term Deposits are the interest rates that are current on the date the investment is credited to your term deposit account, not the day the account is opened.
