Nightingale Housing is a not-for-profit organisation that provides apartments that are socially, financially and environmentally sustainable. Bank Australia are proud to assist Nightingale residents on their home ownership journeys.
If you're buying a home through Nightingale, we're here to help.
Nightingale referred customers can choose any of our standard home loan products. For customers who choose our Basic Home Loan, we will waive the $595 establishment fee. Likewise, for those choosing our Premium Home Loan Package, we will waive the first year's annual fee of $350.
We also offer a 0.1% discount* on our Basic Home Loans or Premium Home Loan Packages (this doesn't include our Clean Energy Home Loans).
Our lending consultants can discuss all options in further detail.
As part of our relationship with Nightingale, we pay a referral fee of 0.4%. This fee is not charged to you.
*This discount is applied at the start of the loan. For variable loans the discount is applied to the interest rate as at the day the loan is settled and remains for the life of that loan. For fixed loans the 0.1% discount is based on the fixed loan rate at the day the loan is settled and will remain for the fixed loan term with the loan reverting to the variable rate at that time. This offer applies to new purchases and is not available to refinances or homes being resold.
If you’d like to talk to our team, you can call us on 132 888 or fill out our enquiry form and we'll get in touch. Or, if you’re ready to go, you can apply now.
Building or renovating? By adding solar panels, window glazing, insulation and more, you could qualify for a 5-year variable rate discount on your home loan. Likewise if you build a 7+ star rated home.
