How to get started

Not registered for internet banking or the app? Get started today.

Step 1. Register for internet banking

If you haven't already registered, please call us or visit us in branch. You need your customer number handy.

Step 2. Download the app

Download the Bank Australia app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Step 3. Register and log in to the app

Open the app and select ‘Existing customer login', and follow the prompts.
