Bank Australia lifts interest rates on savings, term deposit and variable home loan products

Bank Australia today announced it will increase interest rates across its range of home loan and savings products.

From 17 February, term deposit rates will increase to 4.20% on a 12 month term deposit, while Online Saver, Bonus Saver and mySaver rates will also increase by 0.25% from 1 March 2023.

From 23 February 2023, interest rates will increase by 0.25% for variable rate owner-occupier and investor loans. For existing home loan and commercial customers, repayment changes will be effective from 9 April 2023.

Customers will receive more information on these changes over the coming weeks.
