Competition terms and conditions

  1. Entries close 11:59pm on Friday 31 January 2025.
  2. Entry is open to all customers of Bank Australia Limited (Bank Australia), except employees and their immediate families and suppliers associated with Bank Australia.
  3. This competition is a game of skill. To enter, customers need to complete and submit an entry form in full with their name and email address, and answer the question ‘Which artist are you most excited to see perform at Treaty Day Out Gippsland’. Incomplete entries will not be eligible to win.
  4. Ten (10) winners will be selected by Bank Australia at its discretion on Monday 3 February 2025. Each winner will receive a double pass to Treaty Day Out Gippsland on Saturday 8 February at the Gippsland Sports & Entertainment Park in Morwell.  Passes cannot be exchanged for cash or other goods or deferred.
  5. Bank Australia will only contact the winners within two (2) days of selecting the winning entries, and will do so by email.
  6. Bank Australia’s decision on all matters relating to the competition is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
  7. Bank Australia reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend the giveaway if necessary.
