Branch closure - Sydney, New South Wales and Melbourne CBD, Victoria. Following the Government’s announcement of stay-at-home restrictions, we've decided to temporarily close our Sydney CBD branch and Melbourne CBD branch. We’ve made this decision to limit the potential risks to our customers and staff and to support the efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19 in the areas under stay-at-home restrictions. Can you choose your own PIN?

You can change your personal identification number (PIN) online within internet banking and our apps. When changing the PIN in internet banking or the app you do not need to know your existing PIN.

For internet banking simply login, and access the change PIN online function by clicking on “Services”, and then select “Card Management”. In the app, navigate to the main menu and access "Card Management", select your card and the change PIN icon.

Alternatively, if you know your existing PIN, you can change it at a Bank Australia ATM. When you insert your card into the machine, one of the options that will appear on the screen is 'change PIN'. Follow the prompts to change your PIN.

If you don’t know your PIN, you can also contact us on 132 888 and we will order a new card and PIN. Once you receive your new card and PIN, you can change your PIN using the process outlined above.
