Speaking up

We encourage employees and external parties to speak up and report any conduct they believe to be inappropriate. Bank Australia provides avenues to allow those who want to raise concerns to do so with appropriate support.

If you are a customer and have a complaint with the manner we have handled any matter, product, or service, then please contact us via phone, email or online.
