Step 1. Provide the necessary documents and information to us
Collect the information and documents in the checklist below and provide it to us. If you are not an existing customer of Bank Australia you will also need to meet our identification verification requirements.
Step 2. Submit your forms to your local branch or post forms to our Moe Contact Centre.
Submit with certified documentation to your nearest branch or by sending to Bank Australia 50 Moore Street, MOE VIC 3825.
