Stay alert to scams

End of financial year (EOFY) is a busy time for scammers. Be wary of unexpected contact—especially emails, texts, or calls asking for personal or financial information. If something doesn’t seem right, don’t click, don’t share, and don’t respond.

When will I receive my EOFY statement?

Your EOFY statement will be available within the first 2 weeks of July. We’ll notify you as soon as it’s ready.

Where to find your statements:

  1. Log into the app or internet banking
  2. In the app, select “Statements” (or 'Services' in internet banking)
  3. Then “View eStatements”

How can I view the interest earned on my accounts?

Interest earned on each of your eligible accounts will be clearly listed in your statement, however if you need to view this earlier for tax purposes, your interest summary is also available in internet banking and the app.

Where to find your interest summary

Internet banking

  1. Log into internet banking
  2. Select “Accounts” in the navigation menu at the top of the page
  3. Select “Interest details” from the sub menu

App

  1. Log into the app.
  2. Select the account you want to see the interest summary for
  3. Select the “...” in the top right corner
  4. Select “Account information”

What are the payment processing times during EOFY?

If you lodge your tax return online with the Australian Taxation Office (ATO), it will usually be processed within 2 weeks.

  • This is the standard timeframe for most online lodgments.
  • Delays may occur if additional information is required or if your return is more complex.
  • Please contact the ATO directly for any further questions related to your tax return

Can I request a limit increase during EOFY?

Yes, but please note that limit increase requests may take longer to process during this busy period.

We recommend submitting any requests early to ensure they’re processed in time.
