What do you do if you've lost your card?

Report your card as lost or stolen

If your card has been stolen or lost, please report it immediately to minimise the risk of unauthorised use.

You can do this via the App or Internet Banking (go to "Cards") or call us on 132 888 from within Australia or +61 3 9854 4666 from overseas. If you are calling outside of business hours please listen to our after hours message for directions.

Replacement card: If you order your replacement card via the App or Internet Banking, you will immediately receive a digital version of your new card. Add your new digital card to Apple Pay, Samsung Pay or Google Pay to start spending straight away. No need to wait for your physical card to arrive.

If you are within Australia, your physical card will arrive via mail within 5-7 days.

 

Lock your card

If you think you've just misplaced your card you can lock it instead via the App or Internet Banking. If you lock your card, your digital wallet will still be available for use, unless you decide to turn that off too. You can unlock your card anytime.
