You forgot your password. What do you do?

If you forget your password and enter it incorrectly three times on any given day, your internet banking account will be 'temporarily blocked' and you won’t be able to access it again until midnight that day.

After midnight, your account will be automatically 'unblocked' and you’ll be able to enter your correct password and get access.

For security purposes all the information you provide is validated against the records held by Bank Australia, so please remember to use the details that we have on file. Your temporary password will be sent to the mobile number you have registered with Bank Australia.
