Why is my credit or debit card not processing transactions?

This could be for a number of reasons why your credit or debit card transactions are being blocked. Below are a few of the reasons why it might not be processing – we recommend double checking that it's not being blocked because of the below:

  • not enough funds in your account
  • expired or inactive card
  • details incorrectly entered
  • disabled a critical Card Control.
