Change repayments

Changes to your home loan repayments

You can learn more about home loan repayments on our support page.

From Principle & interest to Interest only (or vice versa)

Contact us for help – noting that Interest only payments are capped at 5 years with Bank Australia home loans.

Change repayment frequency

Contact us to change your repayment frequency. We offer weekly, fortnightly and monthly repayment options. You can also make extra repayments whenever you like with a variable rate home loan.

Tip – by making more frequent repayments (say weekly), you could pay less interest and pay your home loan off sooner.

Switch home loan type

Contact us to find out what’s involved. You may want to take advantage of an offset feature for example, so our Premium Package Home Loan may be better for you. Or you may be planning big green upgrades around your home – making our Clean Energy Home Loan a possibility for you.

Switch rate type

Contact us  to find out how to swap from variable to fixed, or vice versa. Note that break cost fees may apply when changing a fixed rate home loan before the term is up.

Apply for parental pause

Contact us to find out if you’re eligible to pause repayments in your early days as a parent.

Apply for eco pause

Contact us to find out if you’re eligible to pause repayments to install greener features in your home.

Apply for financial hardship

If you’re having trouble making repayments, we can help you figure out the best way forward.
