Before you travel overseas it's important to let us know you're away so our fraud team can keep your money available and secure.
You can notify us by:
- Sending us a travel notification via our banking app
- Sending a secure email through your logged in internet banking account
- Calling our contact centre on 132 888
You will need to tell us:
- Departure date
- Return date
- Contact options while you're away
Before you go it's also important to check the expiry date of your card. If your card is going to expire before or while you're away please contact us on 132 888.
