On this page you'll find information on how to open your account or apply for finance, including the forms required for different types of business entities – like schools, sole traders and listed public companies.

Identity check

In most instances, the person submitting the application to open a Bank Australia account will need to verify their identity. You can do this by submitting certified copies of the documents outlined in this individual checklist along with your application form.
You can also complete verification online via this online verification form.

If you’re an existing Bank Australia customer, you can skip this step.
