Following the Government’s announcement of stay-at-home restrictions, we've decided to temporarily close our Sydney CBD branch and Melbourne CBD branch. We’ve made this decision to limit the potential risks to our customers and staff and to support the efforts to limit the spread of COVID-19 in the areas under stay-at-home restrictions. What if I change my mobile number, email address or ABN/ACN?

You will still be able to receive payments. Once the PayID has been created the mobile number, email address or ABN/ACN becomes a unique identifier and it is not linked to your phone service, email account, or ABN/ACN registration.

As someone else may end up with your mobile number or email address, we suggest you cancel your existing PayID and register your new mobile number, email address or ABN/ACN. You can action this via internet banking or mobile banking app.
