Following the Government’s announcement of stay-at-home restrictions, we've decided to temporarily close our Sydney CBD branch and Melbourne CBD branch. What if my PayID is already taken?

If your PayID is already registered, you’ll be notified at the point of registration and presented with an option to ‘dispute’ ownership. Once you launch a dispute, your case will be reviewed within 48 hours.

If you have previously registered the PayID with another financial institution, double check that you have set the PayID to 'transferrable' or 'portable' and then try again.
