I’m really proud to share that Bank Australia won Roy Morgan’s 2019 Bank of the Year at their annual Customer Satisfaction Awards.
As a customer owned bank, winning a customer satisfaction award is particularly special. From our beginnings as a credit union and through our evolution as a customer owned bank, we’ve always put our customers’ wellbeing at the centre of everything we do.
Ultimately we exist for your benefit and we answer to you above all else. And we know this model works – our research, our growth and this award shows the inherent strength of customer ownership.
In 2015 we launched as a national challenger in our rebrand as Bank Australia. In such a short time we’ve also ranked in Roy Morgan’s research of the top 50 most trusted brands in Australia, coming in at 42.
I’m also grateful for the recognition that this award and trusted brand ranking gives to our staff who work hard every day to provide the best service and banking experience.
