The transaction types linked to the Card Control you disabled will not be able to process. If you accidently disable a Card Control, you can simply enable it again by pressing or clicking on the Card Control indicator toggle.

Report your card as lost or stolen
If your card has been stolen or lost, please report it immediately to minimise the risk of unauthorised use.
You can do this via the app or internet banking (go to "Cards") or call us on 132 888 from within Australia or +61 3 9854 4666 from overseas. If you are calling outside of business hours please listen to our after hours message for directions.
Replacement card: If you are within Australia, your card will be replaced within 5-7 working days.
Lock your card
If you think you've just misplaced your card you can lock it instead via the app or internet banking. If you lock your card, your digital wallet will still be available for use, unless you decide to turn that off too. You can unlock your card anytime.
