Where can I access your online identification form?

You can access the online form here. You can speed up the process if you have this documents ready: 

  • your current passport, or
  • your current drivers licence, or
  • your Medicare card.

How can you deposit cash or cheques into your account?

You can deposit cash or cheques at any Bank Australia branch or any Australia Post Office using your rediCARD PLUS or Visa Debit Card.

What services do branches offer?

How long does it take to transfer money to another bank account?

Payments or transfers made to other Bank Australia customers are processed immediately and will be available in their account straight away.

Payments made via Oska with your PayID are processed immediately and will be available in their account within minutes. 

Payments or transfers to another bank generally transfer overnight on the next business day, payments sent after business hours will take an extra day. The time is also dependant on the other banks processing. 

How can I do an international transfer?

An international transfer is a secure, quick and convenient way to transfer money to and from an overseas account.

At Bank Australia, we use Western Union Business Solutions, a division of The Western Union Company, to receive and send international transfers.

What is BPAY?

BPAY allows you to pay your bills via internet banking or telephone banking. You can pay most of your bills using BPAY, including council rates, telephone, gas and water bills. Just look for the distinctive BPAY logo and payment codes on your bill.

You’ll need to be registered for internet banking or telephone banking to use BPAY. There are no fees or charges for paying a bill via BPAY (it’s free).

How can I bank fee free?

If you meet one of these conditions, you will be eligible for a fee waiver on your primary Everyday Access account:

Age: You are under 25 years old.

Value: You have $50,000 or more of banking value with us. Your banking value is the total of your deposits and loans.

Deposits: You have at least $2,000 in external deposits into your account each month.

How do I close my account?

You can close your Bank Australia Account by calling 132 888 or visiting one of our branch locations.
