Branch closure - Sydney, New South Wales and Melbourne CBD, Victoria. Following the Government’s announcement of stay-at-home restrictions, we've decided to temporarily close our Sydney CBD branch and Melbourne CBD branch. How do you set up direct credits and direct debits

To arrange a direct debit or credit, simply give these details to the organisation involved with the payment:

  • the name of your financial institution: Bank Australia
  • your name as it appears on your account
  • your account number
  • our BSB: 313 140.

We will link your transactions to your first listed savings account. If you want us to link it to a different account, please contact us on 132 888 and we can change this for you.

Set up your salary

To ensure your pay comes into Bank Australia account, just complete our Salary Transfer Form and provide it to your payroll department.
