Following the Government’s announcement of stay-at-home restrictions, we've decided to temporarily close our Sydney CBD branch and Melbourne CBD branch. How can I withdraw cash?

You can withdraw cash from a branch, ATM or via EFTPOS with your purchase.

Bank Australia customers have fee free access to more than 10,000 ATMs including Bank Australia ATMs and those of all the major banks. 

You can withdraw cash in person at one of our branches. For amounts over $5,000, please call ahead of visiting.

You can also withdraw cash when you make a purchase via EFTPOS. Upon paying for your goods, ask if you can withdraw cash together with your purchase. Select SAV from the POS terminal, enter your PIN and ensure the operator hands you your cash. Always check your receipt to ensure the correct amount of cash was added to the purchase.
